swap+blog+kaylee

yesterday was a "lonely" day for me. my life is that of a 3 year old. she's my best friend and only because she has to be. i have no one else. pretty soon she will make her own friends and i cant wait for that. she needs some her own age. i finally received my pub t-shirt swap. this is what i got and i love it. it says dirty shame saloon. i forgot to take a picture of what i had sent but it was just a t-shirt from stray dogs. i feel kinda bad that i didn't include anything else. [it was a $26 t-shirt].




my current swap is cookies + a hot drink. this should be fun- who doesn't like cookies and hot chocolate or tea or coffee or cider? yum! especially now that fall is here for some of us.

our realtor emailed me with news about the house. the couple decided to make an offer on one of her other houses that she's got listed. she said she doesn't think it will work out and we will most likely be their second choice. doesn't sound promising really. guess we will wait and see. this house will sell. just a matter of time.

last night when kaylee finally went to sleep i started blog reading and came across this one again. she's just too cute for words and i really love her style. her blog has convinced me to make a daily effort in looking nice even if i don't leave the house. its something that i can do to show kaylee that i do care about myself and how i look. i never want her to know frump girl or how to be frump girl. {my female parental never taught me anything on how to be a girl, she only told me when i did something wrong like too much eye shadow or that skirt makes my legs look fat etc...}

and no blog would be complete without a picture of kaylee in her new favorite jammies. she wore these all day yesterday till our run to the mall for some retail therapy and pizza and subway for dinner.

i haven't seen sleep like this since she was a tiny baby!
