i'm not really sure what to make of it or what to call it. but it has not been our year for house selling or anything buying. back in may, the house that we had put our house up for sale, sold. and last night while making dinner, found out the land we have been wanting was sold too. one of ham's friend called him and told him someone was digging. i called mike and he drove past it to make sure and yep. someone was getting ready to build on it. i cried. this sucks. but its time to move on. the next game plan is to buy the other lot on the other side of this one. see the 2 story house on the upper left hand of the picture? lot right beside it. not my favorite because of the neighbors not taking care of their lawn(s) but its in the neighborhood we want so i guess i can deal with it. that's what fences are for right?
