see this house? i'm ready to move into it. i'm ready to decorate it and paint it and pick out all the wonderful goodies that need to go in it. i'm ready to get our lives back to semi- normalness. i'm just so ready for it all.i emailed our realtor about the last family that came to see our house- twice. they made a really low ball offer to another house that she had listed. she said that it might have been a good thing that they didn't offer to us because of it. i say bring us an offer! any offer! at least it would be a sign that they were really interested instead of having to hear how " they love the house" blah blah blah and get our hopes up. we have another open house scheduled for october 5 and we lowered the price. again. {about 10 grand off our first listing price now} hopefully this will spark new interest + new prospects because i'm ready.

ReplyDeleteI can only imagine how frustrated you are wanting to get into the new house. It is beautiful! Please post pix of the inside once you get into it. I will keep my fingers crossed that you sell your house as well. I hated selling a house and having to keep it looking picture perfect all the time. UGH! Maybe the price drop will get more traffic coming in. Keep us posted!
