yesterday i received a title 9 catalog. i tend to just flip through the pages and check out the outfits then go on my merry way. this time the little intro that they do in the beginning of the catalog caught my attention. the founder, missy parks writes when she hears or sees the news, she tends to worry about recession, depression or what sort of disease does she have. i felt like she was so speaking to me! not that i worry about the financial disaster the world might be in or what type of disease is flying around, its more in the area of not going out for walks along the trails or hiking in our local parks in fear of some random crazy person waiting for bait. i might not be able to stop watching cnn or reading the newspaper but i need to trust instincts and not let the crazies stop me from leading an independent life that i once knew. i need to show my daughter how to live a full life without fear.
