comfort zone

i really want to make this year a year of changes for me. little by little for me to get out of my comfort zone.

to start out my sweet sweet husband surprised me with an appointment, that he made, for a massage and pedi on friday. it was awesome! after the massage and pedi, i got to spend the whole day doing what "my hearts" desires. being a female and being in the area, i went to the mall. to make this short- i went into ann taylor and found a really cute winter coat. it wasn't my style nor was it my normal plain, neutral color and the price was still kinda high for being on sale. after calling the husband and getting him to say ok- you can get it, then, me changing my mind because i came to my senses, went and got the coat anyway. and i love it! i feel so confident and put together in it- its amazing what a little coat can do for the self esteem. to make it just that much better, a lady gave me a compliment on my outfit while heading into the grocery store! made my day.

the 2nd thing that i am doing to get out of my comfort zone is 2 swaps. ones a valentines day swap which isn't too difficult being that i can buy the goodies. the second one though is something that i need to make. its a mobile swap. i just hope the person likes it.
