kaylee has been potty training since last wednesday and today has been a remarkable turning point. she has stayed in the same undies all day and she hasnt ran to the bathroom every 5 minutes. this is huge and * sigh* what a sense of relief. i thought it was going to be a struggle, she might be tiny but oh is she stubborn and when i would tell her that i am not going to buy any more diapers and that she needs to use the big potty, she would give me a firm "no".
she also has been staying dry at night since day 1 of potty training. another feeling of accomplishment. stay tune and see if this is the real deal. (i do keep a diaper on her at night over her undies for just in case but like i said she has stayed dried all night and doesnt need to go to the bathroom right a way when she wakes up)
i guess i should add in here that yesturday i heard a little "water" dripping and wondered where it was coming from when i heard kaylee say "uh-oh" and looked over at her and she let lose on the couch- a BIG puddle! i guess she needed to get it out of her system one last time.
