its saturday night and i'm bored. so is hamilton. he's decided not to hang out with anyone for awhile which is good and bad. good because he's staying out of trouble. bad because i hate seeing him so bored. i literally feel his pain. mike is over at a friends house hanging out with the boys. i was suppose to be hanging out with the girls getting stupid. instead i am home. i've already ate pizza, 3 cupcakes from adam's cake shop [saving the 4 for later], watched hanana montana the movie, went for a walk around the pond, carried kaylee on my shoulders so we could knock on hamilton's window and crawled on the floor to sneak into hamilton's room. [he's cranky and didn't find that to be funny]the above photo is my favorite that i took yesterday on our architecture boat tour in chicago. besides loving the architectural detail, i love the colors and how the blue sky brings out the blue in the windows. we took off last minute to chicago. went to bubba gumps [one of our favorite places] for lunch then headed to american girl doll store. i wish i had gotten a picture of kaylee's face once we walked in. her eyes + smile got real big. i think there was too much stuff because she couldn't make up her mind on what she wanted. there were two floors of stuff. TWO FLOORS! we did get alex's hair done for $10. [named after alex on wizards of waverly place] alex's hair was a complete mess. i made sure that they told me how to take care of it from now on.
after buying our third child an outfit and earrings [the doll clothes are just as much as my clothes!] we headed back to navy pier and went for the boat tour. it was awesome. the day was awesome. we didn't want to come back home but kaylee had an 8AM soccer game.
