selfish

on a sad note for me- no california living- just california dreaming. after weighing the pros and cons it makes sense to stay in the area we are. the only pro to the move to california is just that -we would be living in california. mikes work would not be an upgrade nor would our status of living. i know i could live with it and mike would make the move for me but i couldn't live with making my family unhappy for my own happiness. [sigh] i wish i could be selfish sometimes.

no offers on our house. the last people that came through loved the house but complained about the 10 steps it takes to walk upstairs from the garage. this is the second complaint about the steps leading to our house. never in a million years would i have guessed that.

and i leave you with two photos that i took yesterday. i love this picture window. its in front of the house and by late afternoon the sun in blaring into it.
