this is what this housing market and for something to go our way is doing to me. giving me a real hard kick in the heiney! just got an email from our potential construction company and was told that the land we have a retainer on might not be buildable and if it is, the septic system is going to cost us an additional 9-10 grand.
our realtor just called with someone from out of town wanting to see the house tonight. i'm cleaning like a mad women again. while doing so, i'm debating on calling it quits if this house doesn't sell by the end of november. yeah, you can call me a quitter. i know when i've been defeated.
