- A Real Simple kids' mix: Cheerios, raisins, almonds, pretzels, and chocolate chips

Refrigerator Snack Station
- Jar of peanut butter (preferably the natural kind, for dipping)
- String cheese
- Yogurt
- Grapes
- Assorted crudités—baby-cut carrots, celery sticks, pepper slices—in plastic bags
- Orange segments
- Lunch-meat roll-ups (like turkey-and-Swiss or ham-and-Cheddar)
- Tub of hummus (for dipping)
1. how rad are these grab and go snack ideas from real simple?
2. i bought almond peanut butter. i don't like it and i spent way too much money on it to throw it away.
3. fyi: teenage boys are really grouchy.
4. today i failed on my 30 day get into graduation/hawaii shape but i like to think of it as a "resting" day.
5. i even had taco bell for lunch, first in a loooong time. i know. the horror! fyi: one of these + sinus pressure = major brain freeze= not a happy camper
6. i went into our local clothing store with my $10 rewards card thinking of buying 1 cute top instead walk out with 6(?) tops and a pair of shorts.
7. its my dentist brother's office manager's fault. i saw her at the grocery store yesterday. me looking all wal-mart with my hair in a pony-tail, sweatshirt and tennies while she's got her hair curled, 3" heels, fancy coat + purse.
8. totally hating my hair right now. went to my old stylist for a cut awhile back and she majorly F*ed it up. i should also take all my hair products and ask someone what the hell do i do with all these.
9. did you know it was asian-american month? me either.
10. i'm ready for bed but waiting for my life as liz. i could use a good laugh.
