1. thats our crazy realtor who put 900 miles on her car while we were looking at houses that week.

2. she even offered me an assistants job once we settle in.

3. i'm so glad that i told mike to wait and see what happens with the fun house before doing anything else.

4. i also had a gut feeling that we would get some news on monday.

5. 2 minutes into tuesday, while brushing my teeth, i got a text from our crazy realtor.

6. WE GOT THE HOUSE!!

7. i was SO happy that i had to wake up mike to tell him the news!

8. with closing and all that other boring stuff, it looks like we will be moving in august 25.

9. kaylee will miss the first week of school but sometimes thats how life goes.

10. now its time to sell our house.
